Community artists and organizations use our studios for classes, workshops, rehearsal and special events and performances. The Dance Foundation fills a niche for community artists, providing comfortable, affordable and professional studio space for their activities.
In addition to four studios, we have a 100-seat theatre with lighting and sound equipment, a backstage area and dressing rooms. This space is available to the community and fits a unique need with intimate seating and a sprung dance floor. This space can also serve as a studio or meeting place.
Rental Fees:
Studio 1 and 5 (non-performance): $35/hour
Studio 2, 3, 4: $30/hour
*Special Event Rentals begin at $450.* Please inquire for details.

Fridays: 4:15pm-7:15pm
Saturdays: 9:00am – 2:00pm
Sundays: CLOSED

Studio 1/Theatre: 40 x 40 plus 100 seats (Suggested occupancy on dance floor: 45; Maximum occupancy on dance floor: 50)
Studio 2: 30 x 30 (Suggested occupancy: 15; Maximum occupancy: 20)
Studio 3: 26 x 21 (Suggested occupancy: 12; Maximum occupancy 15)
Studio 4: 25 x 28 (Suggested occupancy: 15; Maximum occupancy 20)
Studio 5: 40 x 40 (Suggested occupancy: 45; Maximum occupancy 50)
